I like the product very much i think the product was misleading for the lenght of hose

The valve assembly restricts the flow of water to the shower head even when it is fully open to the shower and closed to the water pik. I am returning this and purchasing another that appears to allow for better shower head water flow.

Reading through reviews for sink top water piks, even the positive reviews noted that the lifespan was pretty limited, which is to be expected on something with so many moving parts. The reviews on this unit are what swayed me as they are almost universally positive (gushing even). There’s a story about NASA spent millions developing a pen that could write in zero G while the Russians just used a pencil. True or not (probably not), that sometimes simpler is better is dead on, and here it works. I can see this lasting as long as my shower; even the hose and tips, while susceptible to some types of damage, appear durable enough to stand the test of time.
== MY EXPERIENCE ==
What I doubted before buying this was how much pressure these would have and if they would be enough. First, as to how much pressure they have, with my water pressure, they could probably put an eye out at full blast. Indeed, my one regret is that I didn’t get the 6 foot hose model so I could put this to double duty for cleaning purposes (as other reviewers have pointed out). Obviously, you do NOT want to use this at full blast. Indeed, I was surprised at just how low a pressure I’m using right now and still my mouth feels cleaner and subsequent flossing shows it is helping to remove residue from between my teeth. The documentation says that your gums will become more tolerant over time, and perhaps I will eventually increase the pressure a little, but keep in mind a little goes a long way. What looks weak to the eye feels awfully strong once it is right next to your gums.
My dentist has never mentioned any problems with my gums or “pockets”, whatever they are, but because some of my teeth are so close together at the top, flossing can be both time consuming and a little painful (once I finally work the floss past a tight gap into the area, it has a tendency to hit the gum pretty hard — not comfortable). While I don’t intend to stop flossing, I know I’ll never do it as often as I should, and I’m hopeful this reduces cavities between teeth, which is where my last couple have been. So far, I really enjoy using this, so I expect it to be less of a chore.

The company says their tips emit a “fan spray”. What comes out of both of my tips is a round stream except at the highest pressures, where it does fan a little. This is not a complaint, as what I have seems to work just fine (especially at the previously described low pressures) and is generally what I expected from this type of product.
The one suggestion I’d make for the company is to add a mechanism for pressure adjustment, so you can set a level of pressure you like and always turn it directly to that pressure without having to re-gauge pressure each time. I’ll probably just use a piece of tape to mark the spot where I like the pressure, but it would be nice if there were a stopper that rotated in the opposite direction of the pressure dial that could be moved, and then locked in place so as to block the movement of the pressure dial. Adjust the pressure once to your liking, lock the stopper and then every time you turn on your pressure it stops at the appropriately dubbed “stopper”, without the user having to guess how far to turn it.

ShowerBreeze w/ 3′ hose Oral Irrigator
I never give any product a perfect score so 4 stars is great from me. Having the pic in the tub saves messing up the bathroom and bowl. I have found it easy to regulate pressure – water temp is a harder since i don’t want to freeze in the winter.

I’m really DISAPPOINTED with this company, ShowerBreeze. After only one year of use, the PLASTIC lever that turns it on and off would no longer work because the PLASTIC hole became too big for the allen screw that tightens it down. I believe the inventor made this lever out of PLASTIC instead of metal so he could make MORE money off unsuspecting customers. When I called to get a replacement LEVER, he said they didn’t have any, but I could buy another system at a reduced cost. UNBELIEVABLE! I’ve never heard of ANY OTHER place or product that doesn’t have replacement parts. This part couldn’t cost him more than 25 cents since it is made from CHEAP PLASTIC and mass produced, yet he SAYS they don’t have any. So now, I’m going to go to Lowe’s or Home Depot and try to find a lever that will fit on the shower head. This is the WORST company I’ve ever dealt with as far as customer service goes. Buyers Beware!
