this item matches our stainless kitchen very well. this lil guy gets used daily. the only thing I have against it is that the rubber cap on the top will wear out from use and you end up with it now squirting because the crack in the top creates a air leak. so what we have done is buy the cheapo white ones and use the rubber cap from it on our stainless unit.

I’ve owned several scrubbing brushes over the years from Dollar stores and Walmart, but all have failed, leaked, fallen apart, etc. in no time at all. This has been the best one I’ve owned to date and would highly recommend it. Buy one of these and replacement brushes and come out saving money over buying several of the cheap ones.

This Oxo SteeL palm brush is attractive, sturdy and comfortable to hold. The soap dispense button was a little hard to press when it was brand new, but it is not a problem once it has gone through the break-in period which is about 2 weeks or so. The soap squirt out nicely. I have two Oxo brush units and owned another before, and I have never experienced any soap leaking problem mentioned by others. My guess is that it is a very uncommon problem. The great thing about this brush is that you can replace the brush head with Oxo SteeL Soap Squirting Palm Brush Refills, 2-Pack, providing an economical alternative to purchasing an entire new brush. In addition, you can fit this with other alternative heads, like the sponge or Oxo Good Grips Soap Squirting Mesh Scrub Refills, Package/2. Consequently, I advise against buying the Oxo Soap Squirting Palm Brush which has no replacement capability.
What I don’t like about this brush is the price. $10 is just a lot. Oxo also sells the non-SteeL palm brushes with brush replacement capability and those cost only $5, like Oxo Good Grips Soap Squirting Palm Scrub. The stainless steel on this Oxo SteeL is simply a very thin piece for decoration only. It is not like the entire thing is made of all steel, so having the extra thin piece of steel for an extra $5 is just too much. I strongly recommend the non-SteeL brushes with refill capability if you can get hold of them.
That being said. This is an well-designed brush with brush refill capability. I am happy with my purchase.

What more could you ask for in a little brush? It is the perfect size for the kitchen (and bath). OXO has made another quality product.
